The Good

  • Unfortunately there\'s no good points about it!

The Bad

  • It took 5 months to fix some flyscreens and storm damages
  • The owner was dreaming of suddenly increasing the rent to $400pw, which we declined and later they had to advertise the property for the same $360pw, which by itself shows how the owner is thinking! You need to add at least $150/mo for the maintenance of the garden and the pool!
  • Even though the owner had been informed of some serious problems with the door locks, they were never fixed!
  • At the end, even though the property had been given back CLEANER than it was given to us and despite spending $150 on pool chemicals, the owner imposed us $200 charges for the pool, which is now being investigated by RTA dispute department.
  • The best part, which is making us mad more, is that we tried to return the keys ON TIME but the agent played a disgusting \"hide n seek\" game to become unavailable for us and finally charge us 2 more days of rent! She simply said she had a session and can see us the next day, while the truth was something else! Just avoid them ENTIRELY!

Comments

  • DON\"T BOTHER EVEN THINKING ABOUT THIS PROPERTY! After a brilliant 3-year tenancy history in Sydney, we were shocked how bad owners and agents can be in! We always got our bond back completely, even while moving interstate but these people behaved so disgustingly that we just want others to know about it and avoid the same experience. We took care of the property as if it was our own home and what we got was \"dishonesty\" and \"professionalism of the agent (Coronis of Arana Hills)\". They have charged us to pay for the pool while we already had and they refused to get the keys ontime JUST to charge us (better say force us to pay) two more days of rent; simply because there was nobody to rent the place and the owner\'s dream of $400pw had been ruined! Just forget the property and look for another place with another agent!
