The Good

  • It is cheap rent for obvious reasons
  • Nice sized garage
  • nice sized backyard

The Bad

  • The place is falling apart around my ears
  • The real estate is an rude arrogant lady who doesn\'t help and hangs up on you
  • When they fix a problem they half job it and leave the rest
  • What they do fix they destroy something else
  • The electrical system and plumbing is shot and is becoming a death trap for the children and I

  • If you ever come across the place never apply nor walk anywhere remotely near the premises as it is a hazard that needs to be torn down ASAP
