The Good

  • theres no holes in the walls
  • security fly screens are fine
  • yard fencing
  • there are no other good things about this place

The Bad

  • no carpet or lino in lounge,kitchen,dining rooms
  • leaking taps
  • the rest of the coverings are old with hessian underlay which will need testing for aspestos
  • mould in floors and cealing
  • no pest control and he dose not keep up maintenance

Comments

  • there is not enough space to continue the bad things but this is the best of the 8 houses he is renting so he says please somebody talk to this man.
