Rude,inconsiderate,never helpful, charged us twice for rent and were hesitant to refund; when we ring,our property mgr never returns call, we have had NO INSULATION FOR THE 17 months we are ten ants... we also have a serious MOULD issue spreading from the bathroom to the main bedroom,and all the 'owner/maintenance' did was cut out a bit of side skirt and thought,'problem solved!' and he sends tradesmen over without consent!!! Bloody OVER IT!!! Stay away from Bertram Ellis Weston, they are useless and selfish with no property management skills!!! As for the owner, we are not guinea pigs! fix ur f*n house before you decide to rent it out!!! and bertram ellis should know better if they claim to be one of the \"BEST\" real estate agents in ACT... Inconsiderate PRICKS!!! Thankyou

This agent is highly incompetent with no property management or customer service skills. The property Manager assigned to the property is completely unprofessional and incompetent who uses bullying and intimidation towards her clients. For her professional flaws she fails to return phone calls, abuses clients over the phone, misinforms clients and then denys the claims, fails to pass on updated details to their account Manager and uses personal attacks to gain a win - how very childish. As for the principal owner of the business, her incompetency is clearly reflected through her employees as she too fails to return phone calls or deal with complaints appropriately. The agent takes NO personal responsibility for their mistakes and continue to operate in a very innappropriate manner. Caution: Be very aware of this agent. I would NOT recommend this estate agent to any prospective tenant or landlord.
