What the tenant had to say:
As their websites states "Our Mission:"To build and maintain client relationships for life". This only reflects to the owner of the property not to the tenants. However having said this, they did not look after the owner of the property either, as the previous tenants before us completely ruined the house making the owner's forking out for more money than they should to fix the place. The previous tenants had a cleaning bill amounting over $400 to which the real estate expected to charge us the same amount for cleaning saying that our cleaning of the house was not to their satisfaction - how clean can a OLD and RUN DOWN QLD'er that is about to fall apart get!!! MONEY HUNGRY AGENT!
