What the tenant had to say:
They managed my property for a couple of years, during which time we received inspections reports which we later found out were not accurate when the tenants vacated the property. Rent increase were not done when requested, leaving a shortfall in our pockets. Maintenance was carried out without our approval and then incorrect repairs charged to us. Lease periods were changed altered with the tenants without notifying us. Finally, they finalised the tenants bond leaving the tenants with a debt of thousands of dollars which we were basically told bad luck. The communication was terrible with several dozen messages and emails not being answered, even by the company principal and his executive assistant.
