Williamson have a bad reputation for not returning bond money, forcing tenants to fight to get it returned. The house we moved into wasn't made ready in time, no blinds, patio, dirty windows, etc., which wasn't rectified until 2 weeks after we moved in. They don't keep properties maintained very well and generally were very difficult to work with. The house had no occupancy certificate issued, had no loft insulation which cost us a lot of money in heating/cooling, and Williamson wouldn't accept responsibility. The main agent Greg Williamson was extremely rude in his dealings with us, I definitely would not recommend using this agency under any circumstances.
