Electrical fault with house, possums in roof. Room adv for storage floods. No insulation,house hotter inside than out, tin roof looks like tiles.

Agent misled me into signing lease after I had paid 4 weeks rent House caused seriosu illness due to unsanitary condiiton moving in Over priced rent raised excessively after lease signing Agent and owner do not comply with RTA Agent and owner being taken before Tribunal for compensation claim and investigation
